A New Chapter (Inspired by Sweetie Club)
Yesterday something rather lovely happened.
I shared a quiet post about a new idea — and within hours, former Sweetie Club members began commenting. Reminiscing. Remembering what we built together.
And then three sign-ups came in overnight.
It made me pause.
Sweetie Club was never just about patterns. It was about rhythm. About stitching through the seasons. About encouragement and community and seeing wreath photos appear in the group feed like little bursts of joy.
It meant something.
And although that chapter closed, the spirit of it clearly never quite disappeared.
So I want to tell you about what I’ve been working on.
Not Sweetie Club again. But something born from the same heart.
Introducing The Seasonal Wreath Society
This time, instead of standalone wreath patterns, I’ve designed four brand-new seasonal patterns that showcase a beautiful mixed media seasonal wreath across different projects:
A cushion
A quilt
A table runner
A wall hanging
Each piece celebrates the wreath in a slightly different way — giving you options depending on your space, your time, and your mood.
The designs are created using beautiful Tilda fabrics (which you know I adore), and they will be released thoughtfully throughout the year. There will also be a private Facebook support group, because if Sweetie Club taught me anything, it’s that stitching is better together.
And for those who stitched the original Spring/Summer wreaths — the Autumn and Winter wreath designs were never released.
Until now.
Why Now?
Because I missed it.
I missed designing with a seasonal rhythm in mind. I missed seeing your interpretations. I missed that gentle accountability of “we’re all starting this together.”
But this isn’t about recreating the past.
It’s about building something new, with the benefit of everything we’ve learned along the way.
If you’ve been quietly thinking you’d love to stitch something meaningful again — perhaps this is your nudge.
You can find all the details here:
And if you’re one of the original Sweetie Club members reading this — thank you. You helped shape this more than you know.
Happy Stitching Weekend
